You will need:
- 5.3 oz yogurt, plain, greek style (1 small container)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 cups apples, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
What to do:
- In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice and pepper.
- Add cabbage, apple, and raisins. Mix well and chill.
